Saturday Centus' prompt this week is to use just 25 (eek!) words (not including the prompt) using the line ... "the lottery ticket"
"We've WON! ... and you said I was stupid using the same numbers weekly."
"You did remember it was your turn to get the lottery ticket ... didn't you?"
"Aaaaaaggghh!!!"

You managed to pack lots of activity in those 25 words.
O noooooh! Say it isn't so! Great post!~Ames
Oh, man. This one hurts.
In a good way.
;)
Oh boy, I wouldn't want to be that guy:@)
how true is that!!
Definite grounds for homicide - and not a jury in the world would convict! Great job. Kat
I would be for leaving town immediately!!
Well done! Your text contains so much: suspense, drama, personal conflicts, hopes and dreams dashed by a breech of trust. Great work!
Thanks for following my blog!
Best wishes & hugs,

As Tammy Wynette used to sing:
D-I-V-O-R-C-E!
All that hope dashed makes me hurt. It's not so much the money as the failure to hold up one's end of an agreement. Sad and well written.

She'll forgive him....in about a million years! Great take on the prompt! Very good!
ouch!
wonderful take on the prompt!
Clearly, the narrator is speaking to a man. Notice, we all assume this. This is great, very clever.

It was a pleasure to visit cj x
Always my fear. Years ago we played a certain lottery game and felt like we had to keep playing it. I always said if we didn't and the numbers came up, we would have to kill ourselves (obviously just kidding). Although we never won, thankfully, they discontinued the game.
Such a good story, and I would always buy my own lottery ticket. I would not take any chances!
Excellent! Love it.
That was one big bad mistake!....great one.
oh no! if you want anything doing in life its best to do it yourself haha!
Thank you all, it's a pleasure to have you stop by x
Aw. I would rather lose than have this happen. yikes.
Oh no!
Can't stop laughing, though; very enjoyable. :)
Love the irony in this little micro-gem!
Wonder if they have enough money for the counselling or divorce lawyers!?!
